Thank you for your interest in the Migrant Founders Accelerator. Our program is free of charge but highly selective. 

Who can apply? 
First- and second-generation migrant founders in Germany with knowledge-based and/or tech-driven startup ideas.

Eligibility Requirements

• Knowledge- and/or technology-based business model.
• Ideally, your startup is at the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage.
• Your startup must not have received EXIST funding.
• Your team must consist of at least two co-founders.
• At least one co-founder must have migrant background.
• Willingness to participate in a pre- and post-program survey, plus a follow-up survey one year after completion.

Commitments:

• Commitment to attend a weekly online input session throughout the duration of the program.
• Commitment to attend our in-person Demo Day (selected startups will receive travel allowances through TMA financial aid).
• A strong desire to connect, share, and support your fellow participants.

What we offer:

• 12-week Accelerator Program (Kick-off April 12, 2025 – Demo Day July, 2025) – Tailored to the challenges of migrant founders, providing essential tools and networks.
• Coaching & Mentoring – Personalized guidance from experienced professionals.
• Workshops & Knowledge Transfer – Sessions on practical skills and cultural competencies for successful entrepreneurship in Germany.
• Resources & Networking – Access to co-working spaces, software tools and exclusive office hours.
• Bureaucratic Support – Help with visas, qualification recognition and banking.
• Funding & Partnerships – Guidance on funding opportunities in Germany and the EU, plus connections to investors, VCs, business angels and potential partners.
• Financial Aid – Up to €2,000 for prototype development and business model validation.
